Master bedroom for rent in nice manu. home

I am renting out the master bedroom of a 1300 square foot home in Branch Creek, a very nice and very well maintained mobile home park. Rent will be $500 per month, plus half of the utilities.

I'm looking for someone to stay on a year round basis, but this will be purely a month to month agreement. I will be a UT Austin student this fall, and I will be returning to Houston for the summer. It is a three bedroom, two bathroom apartment, so you'd have the place to yourself when I'm not there. I prefer a non smoker (at least not inside the house), and someone who's clean and pays their share of the rent on time.

Features:
-You will have the master bedroom, which has a spacious closet and its own bathroom.
-You will have access to half of a very large three car garage, and you can store whatever you want in it.
-The home is within a short walking distance to the community's tennis courts, pools, and workout room.
-Home has a washer and dryer.
-Within 5 minutes of the Tech Ridge Park & Ride. The number 1 bus takes you straight to UT Austin and back, day and night (if you're a student, this is a very valuable free service) (it's about a 40 minute ride there and back, taking into account all of the stops the bus makes)

As for me, I'm 19, male, easy to get along with and I'm not going to hold you to a long lease like so many others. I just bought this home, and the neighbors around me seem really nice. Like I said, it's about a 40 minute ride/drive to the school, but it's worth it to me to be outside of all the traffic and chaos near the school. The room's a lot nicer than most of what you'll find closer to the school in the same price range (believe me, I looked and looked).
