It is a three bedroom, two bathroom apartment, so you'd have the place to yourself when I'm not there. I prefer a non smoker (at least not inside the house), and someone who's clean and pays their share of the rent on time. Features: -You will have the master bedroom, which has a spacious closet and its own bathroom. -You will have access to half of a very large three car garage, and you can store whatever you want in it. -The home is within a short walking distance to the community's tennis courts, pools, and workout room. -Home has a washer and dryer. -Within 5 minutes of the Tech Ridge Park & Ride. The number 1 bus takes you straight to UT Austin and back, day and night (if you're a student, this is a very valuable free service) (it's about a 40 minute ride there and back, taking into account all of the stops the bus makes) As for me, I'm 19, male, easy to get along with and I'm not going to hold you to a long lease like so many others.
